Chef Maxine was born in Colorado but has also lived in California and now, Maine! After years in the Real Estate industry, she decided to pursue her passion in the culinary arts. Along with French Cuisine, like Macarons, she enjoys cooking Korean and Mexican food as well! She hopes to open a food truck one day – we’ll keep you updated when that happens!
